Dear Friends of Sidharta Auctioneer & Art Lovers,

After a few months of delay, our ArtFordable Auction is back this July and facilitated with “Timed
then Live” online auction. We have hand-picked 47 paintings to welcome this summer and for our
fellow Muslims to embrace Eid al- Adha at the end of this month. The artist Meta Pim presents her
interpretation of Ka’bah, titled Jagalah Allah (Let’s guard Allah), which is meant to say “take care of
Allah, Allah will take care of you”. Where Sea Power by I Putu Bonuz, is a spiritual reflection,
looking at the sea as a source of life and fertility that holds mystery.

On the cover, you will find Perlindungan (Protection) by Maulana Silitonggeng.
This painting has just recently been completed for this auction and is relatable to the pandemic that
we are going through. Additionally, the image also represents strive and hope that we all need.

Among the selections, here are seven other artworks by the following artists whom you might want
to discover further I Made Wiradana, JB Iwan Sulistyo, Wahyu Gunawan, the late Jeihan Sukmantoro,
Faizal and I Nyoman Sujana “Kenyem”. Each of the artworks entails strong and unique characters
that convey a thousand words.

We also cater written and phone biddings, but please ensure you have registered and submitted the
bids at the latest 24 hours prior to the live online auction. The live online auction is going to be held
on Wednesday, 22nd July, 2020 at 19:30 (GMT +7). The timed online (pre-bidding for absentee)
allows you to start placing your bids on our online auction platform from 15th July, 2020.
Pre-bidding phase shows the current bid of each lot. Outbid emails and outbid push notifications are
sent during the pre-bidding (absentee) phase.

You will also be able to increase your bid during the live online auction as you follow along. Shall
you wish to seek condition reports or speak with us, we are available through any means of
communications. Please contact us at info@sidharta.co and we will revert to you from Tuesday to
Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please visit the virtual gallery on our website, where you can see
the paintings beforehand.

It is our commitment this year to donate 1% of the total hammer price to a legitimate institution,
as we believe that growing our community will also help us grow. The proceeds will go to Sekolah
Bisa, a small community school providing primary education for underprivilege children of waste
