707                                         Dakon is a traditional game known by various
                                                   names throughout Indonesia. Generally this game

       (b. Kroya, C. Java, 1941)                   is called ‘Congklak’, there are also other names for
                                                   this game such as Makaotan, Congkak, Maggaleceng
       Bermain Dakon                               and others. Usually in games, a kind of clam shell
       (Playing Dakon)                             is used as a dakon seed, and if it is not available,
                                                   sometimes it is also used as seeds from plants and
       acrylics on canvas
