778 IB Said is known as an artist who usually painted the
Said, i.B large billboard poster paintings of the state guests
(Malang, E. Java, 1935 - Blitar, E. Java, 2016) during the New Order. He painted his first
billboard of Chinese President Liu Shaoqi. in
Fishing Village 1963. With the exception of President Sukarno,
whom he had seen in person, he never met the over

of Antonio Blanco, Berber Mersad, Huang Fong,

Said and Rukmini Yusuf, the Islamic related works
by Achmad Sadali and Jeihan Sukmantoro, and the
abstract works of Srihadi Soedarsono.
